RCMP, 211 Saskatchewan raising awareness about domestic violence

This week is Violence Prevention Week in the country, and the RCMP is partnering with 211 Saskatchewan to help victims of domestic violence connect with help. The province has some of the highest domestic violence rates in Canada.
