Northumberland OPP say one person is dead and another airlifted to a Toronto hospital after they were struck by a vehicle north of Port Hope on Wednesday morning.
The collision occurred around 8 a.m. on Line 7 near Campbellcroft, about 15 kilometres north of Port Hope.
One of the pedestrians was pronounced deceased at the scene, OPP said.
OPP are investigating. The victim has not been identified.
