Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the City of Toronto is expanding its pilot program to clear more of the sidewalks which the City doesn’t usually touch. It may only be an extra 30 kilometres, but a councillor advocating for the change says it’s a bigger win in the long run. Matthew Bingley reports.
