Quebec Premier François Legault said on Tuesday that a final decision will be made on Dec. 11 on whether the province’s plan for holiday gatherings is still an option as hospitalizations are on the rise again. ‘We’re not heading in the right direction,’ Legault added, saying he would be introducing new restrictions on malls and big-box stores in the upcoming days.
