Reacting to Canada’s fiscal update given by Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland on Monday, Conservative Party Leader Erin O’Toole called for mass COVID-19 rapid testing to “preserve” the country’s economy. The Leader of the Opposition said in his view, the Liberals have “no plan” on rebuilding the economy amid the coronavirus pandemic.
