Coronavirus: Winnipeg child that died of COVID-19 had ‘underlying conditions,’ Dr. Roussin says

Manitoba’s chief provincial health officer Dr. Brent Roussin said Monday the boy from Winnipeg under the age of 10 that died of COVID-19 had “underlying conditions,” but said that “doesn’t diminish the loss.”
