Additional COVID-19 restrictions, have led to more financial troubles for not-for-profits in Edmonton. In a desperate attempt for help after facing months of revenue losses, the Whitemud Equine Learning Centre Association applied for an exemption from the province but getting a response has fallen flat so far.
