Royal West Academy is considered one of the top English schools in Quebec. Although it’s a public school, the Montreal West institution resembles a private school in the sense that students write entrance exams and wear a uniform. But as Global’s Amanda Jelowicki reports, that uniform is causing a storm of controversy this week at the school.
