Coronavirus: Manitoba’s top doctor says capacity in health-care system is ‘stretched’

Manitoba’s chief provincial health officer Dr. Brent Roussin said Friday that while strict restrictions have stopped COVID-19 case counts from rising to a worst-case scenario under recent modelling, capacity in the province’s health-care system is “stretched.”
