Second wave of COVID-19 brings new wave of discrimination

From plate shaming during the summer, to racial attacks against Canadians of Asian descent in the spring, a Halifax professor says stigma has played a harmful role during the pandemic. He says the latest Nova Scotia lockdown is feeding into another unhealthy wave of discrimination. Alexa MacLean has the story.
