New Brunswick’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Jennifer Russell on Wednesday discouraged non-essential travel to Halifax, saying the community transmission of COVID-19 is “very, very serious.” Russell added they also do not want people travelling “in and out of the orange zones, the Moncton zone and the Saint John zone for non-essential reasons.”
