United States President-elect Joe Biden introduced selections for his national security team Tuesday, the first signal of how he intends to shift both tone and policy away from the Trump administration. Among the choices was Avril Haines, a former deputy director of the CIA, picked to serve as director of national intelligence which would make her the first woman to hold that post.
