South Shore man wins moral and legal challenge against police

It’s been eight years since Joel DeBellefeuille was first pulled over by Longueuil police. On Thursday, the Quebec human rights tribunal ruled in his favor, saying DeBellefeuille was the victim of racial profiling. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo explains, this ruling is being hailed as a legal landmark.
