During a largely virtual United States Conference of Mayors in Wilmington, Del. on Monday, president-elect Joe Biden addressed mayors, talking about his transition into president, stating that “every mayor deserves a president who is going to be a true partner.” Biden added that his job as soon-to-be president wouldn’t be possible without the role of mayors from across the country.
