Coronavirus: Newfoundland and Labrador implements ‘circuit break’ from Atlantic bubble, suspends all non-essential travel

Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Andrew Furey announced Monday that all non-essential travel within the Atlantic bubble will be suspended, with the requirement of 14-day self-isolation for essential travellers. The new order will go into effect Wednesday at 12:01 am and will remain in place for two weeks.
