Montreal cyclists push to use Lachine Canal bike path year-round

Montreal’s Lachine Canal bike path is enjoyed by thousands of cyclists every day in the summer and fall. But as Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports, a group of dedicated cyclists is trying to get access to it throughout the winter months too.
