New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs announced on Friday that zone 2 in Saint John, as of midnight, will move into the orange level of pandemic restrictions after the declaration of an outbreak at a retirement home. Residents in zone 1 and 2 are now asked to restrict their contacts to a single household bubble and no informal gatherings outside the bubble are permitted.
