Manitoba’s chief public health officer Dr. Brent Roussin said the 10-day COVID-19 test positivity rate in Steinbach is 40 per cent, while Hanover municipality’s test positivity rate is “30 per cent and climbing.” Roussin added that Winnipeg region’s test positivity rate as of Friday was 13.7 per cent.
