Coronavirus: Trudeau says he’s not contemplating using federal powers to restrict inter-provincial travel right now

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Friday, after urging Canadians to reduce their contacts as COVID-19 cases spike across the country, said he isn’t contemplating using the Federal Emergencies Act right now to restrict inter-provincial travel.
