Justin Trudeau on Friday said Bill C-9, which became law on Thursday, will help businesses through this second wave with a rent subsidy that will go to tenants and not the landlords and that the wage subsidy has been extended through to June 2021. He said what’s good for health is the “best thing” for the economy.
