Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister discussed a new COVID-19 measure that will affect more businesses starting Nov. 20 that bans in-store sales of non-essential items, telling big-box retailers: “Don’t game the system, the idea here is to put the right to life ahead of the right to shop.”
