Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said on Thursday that accusations by Canada are groundless and ridiculous, when asked about Canada naming China and Russia among the main cyber-crime threats. The House of Commons passed a Conservatives motion Wednesday to “stop Chinese state harassment and interference in Canada.”
