Sociologist says reluctance to follow COVID-19 restrictions won’t go away, urges government to take more action

Despite surging numbers of Albertans with COVID-19, Premier Jason Kenney continues to be reluctant to take more restrictive measures to curb the spread of the virus. As Sarah Ryan reports, a local sociologist says the voluntary requests just aren’t working for everyone.
