China’s Xi Jinping became the latest world leader to congratulate U.S. President-elect Joe Biden on the election result, but some Chinese are worried about whether relations between the two countries will improve after it hit a new low under President Donald Trump. The concerns come in part due to comments made by Biden during the Democratic primaries criticizing Xi.
