Speaking from the White House on Friday, U.S. President Donald Trump said once approved a COVID-19 vaccine would not be delivered to New York after Gov. Andrew Cuomo suggested he doesn’t have confidence in the Trump administration’s plan for rolling out a vaccine. “We can’t be delivering it to a state that won’t be giving it to its people immediately,” he said.
