Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Employment Minister Carla Qualtrough announced the government is investing $1.5 billion through the Workforce Development Agreements to provide additional funding to all 13 provinces and territories to help provide training, employment counselling and other services for Canadians working in sectors impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.
