Tropical Storm Eta made landfall in the Florida Keys on Sunday before circling back and hitting the state’s western coast on Thursday as it continued to surge through the U.S. It has also brought flooding to the Carolinas and pummeled parts of Georgia as the 29th named storm of the hurricane season.
