Neskantaga Chief says community members do not want to return until water issue is fixed

In an interview with Global News, Neskantaga Chief Chris Moonias said members of his community do not want to return home until they have clean drinking water. Over 250 members of Neskantaga First Nation were evacuated to Thunder Bay in October after an oily substance was found in the water reservoir, forcing a plant shutdown that left community members without running water.
