A young woman is speaking out about her recent experience at the Lachine Hospital, after she was rushed to emergency room following a car accident. The teenager claims staff were unable to speak to her in English. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, the McGill University Health Centre claims staff always attempt to address people in their language of choice, whenever possible.
