US election: McConnell says Trump within his rights to look into election ‘irregularities’; Schumer says ‘no evidence’ of significant voter fraud

U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Monday said during a speech on the Senate floor that President Donald Trump was completely within his rights to look into “irregularities” from last week’s election. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer also spoke on Monday, stating there was “no evidence of any significant widespread voter fraud.”
