On the Nov. 8 episode of CBS’ program “Face the Nation,” West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin discussed how the the labels given to Democrats during the U.S. election may have cost them the race and how the party needs to unite on how it presents its message to voters, ahead of Joe Biden’s victory. “There’ll be more and more crossing over wanting to work in a more moderate, moderate Senate. I really believe that,” said Manchin, as he stated that he encourages more Democrats to be moderate.
