A mannequin hanging by a noose was seen on video outside a home of a supporter of President Donald Trump in Brentwood, Calif. on Thursday with the words “Sleepy Joe (Cheater)” written on a cardboard sign across the mannequin’s chest. The homeowner has since agreed to remove the mannequin, though county prosecutors said the act was protected under the First Amendment.
