Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar on Thursday said that the race for the White House was “very close” in the state. She said the hope is that there will be enough ballots counted before the end of the night to see who the winner is, but with how close it is, that will mean more time may be needed to see who the winner is.
