Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Wednesday said as they need to ensure runoff ballots are mailed out to voters soon, the hope is to get all “legal votes” in the Nov. 3 election counted by end of day. He recognized it may be difficult, but said he hopes they can get the number of remaining votes left to be counted small enough so they can determine a winner without further delay.
