U.S. President Donald Trump told supporters at the White House early Wednesday morning that in his opinion “frankly, we did win” the election, despite incomplete results from several battleground states including Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia, and despite the President’s pledge earlier in the day not to declare victory prematurely.
