Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Tuesday said that the federal government was well positioned to work with any prospective U.S. administration, regardless of who wins the presidential election. He would not say, however, when he would call the winner for a congratulatory call, saying they would watch and allow the elections to “unfold as they will.”
