Ontario increases average daily direct care time for seniors to 4 hours

Ontario Premier Doug Ford on Monday announced the province will be increasing the average daily direct care time that’s provided by nurses or personal support workers for seniors to four hours a day. Ford said this is part of his government’s efforts to improve the long-term care system.
