Quebec city stabbings: Legault says focus of his government on families of the victims, ‘shock’ of Quebecers

Speaking to reporters on Monday morning, Quebec Premier Francois Legault said the first focus of his government in the wake of the deadly sword attack this past weekend in Quebec City is providing support to the families of the victims, as well as addressing the “shock” of Quebecers.
