U.S. President Donald Trump returned to North Carolina Sunday telling his supporters “he didn’t have the courage” to skip the event. Trump, aiming to avoid becoming the first incumbent president to lose a re-election bid since fellow Republican George H.W. Bush in 1992, has a frenetic schedule on Sunday, with stops in Iowa, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
