Exceeding Alberta’s mandatory social gathering limit on Halloween may led to large fines

Halloween is almost here and Edmonton is getting ready for a night of trick-or-treating and costume parties. This comes with a reminder from Alberta’s top doctor about limiting gathering sizes and the fines that may be issue when not followed. Chris Chacon reports.
