Coronavirus: Tam says increasing number of outbreaks linked to superspreader events

Canada’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Theresa Tam called out so-called “superspreader events” on Friday, stating that an increasing number of COVID-19 cases have been linked to large public gatherings. She said that this has put a strain on test capacity and contact tracing.
