Millions of images collected at malls without shopper consent: privacy commissioner report

The report shows that facial recognition software at kiosks inside several Cadillac Fairview shopping malls was stored in a third-party database. As Jenna Feeeman reports, the mall operator says it’s implemented recommendations but privacy watchdogs say it’s not enough.
