Saskatchewan’s chief medical health officer, Dr. Saqib Shahab, said on Wednesday that with Halloween approaching, “this is not the weekend to be going to multiple restaurants and bars” amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Shahab asked individuals to stay within their groups if going out and follow public health orders to help reduce transmission of the virus.
