Durham expected to fund additional mental health staff

The region is expected to hire a number of nurses and frontline officers in an effort to strengthen their response to mental health calls. However, activists for Durham’s Black community say more needs to be done to protect marginalized individuals against police brutality. Brittany Rosen reports.
