Chief Terry Paul, co-chair of the Assembly of Nova Scotia Mi’kmaw Chiefs, has announced he is stepping down. As Graeme Benjamin reports, the announcement was made Wednesday afternoon in the days that followed negotiations breaking down between DFO and the assembly.
