Amy Coney Barrett, President Donald Trump’s third nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court, was sworn in as an associate justice outside the White House by justice Clarence Thomas on Monday in the presence of dozens of people including Trump, Barrett’s husband Jesse, First Lady Melania Trump and Vice-President Mike Pence.
