Quebec Premier François Legault said Monday that Grade 9 students would join Grade 10 and 11 students in alternating between in-class and online learning, but said younger students would not adopt this hybrid model. He said transmission rates are not as high among younger students and that “it’s better for the students to be at school 100 per cent of the time.”
