Toronto police answered questions on Monday about the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Jakub Sudomericky in an LCBO parking lot near Danforth Rd. and Victoria Park on Sunday. Police say the victim was chased after exiting the LCBO store before being fatally shot. Police say there was a verbal argument between the victim and the suspect. Michael Roberts, a 20-year-old resident of Toronto, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the shooting.
