A former top adviser to U.S. President Donald Trump says he can’t rule out the possibility the president will try to sow chaos if the results are unclear in the U.S. election on Nov. 3. In an interview with The West Block‘s Mercedes Stephenson, former White House national security adviser John Bolton said he expects how the president responds to the outcome of the election will depend on whether anticipated, widespread delays come into play.
