During the final U.S. presidential debate on Thursday, Democratic candidate Joe Biden accused his opponent President Donald Trump of not being tough enough on Russia when it comes to election interference. “I don’t know why this president isn’t taking on Putin when he’s putting bounties on the heads of American soldiers,” said Biden.
